Whether you are having problems with 1) applications we developed, 2) components of vendors software that we implemented, 3) Internet infrastructure we set up or 4) either custom or vendor's software we installed for you, we are prepared to assist you as your situation dictates. Generally we can be responsive within several hours and in all cases we will acknowledge your call for help within several hours.

If your problem is a priority 1, please give us a call and send us an e-mail describing the problem and the environment, i.e., identify the software, operating system, release number and other pertinent information. Priority 2 & 3 problems should be emailed to us. You can expect a response by the next day.
